If you require eating gluten free and need a cookie... (who doesn't, let's be real here) the cookies featured in this post are hands down the best. My mom has celiac and has tried many a gluten free cookie and these honestly don't even taste gluten free.... in other words, you wouldn't know they were unless you were told.
