If you require eating gluten free and need a cookie...
(who doesn't, let's be real here) the cookies featured in this post are hands down the best. My mom has celiac and has tried many a gluten free cookie and these honestly don't even taste gluten free.... in other words, you wouldn't know they were unless you were told.
A good gluten free cookie is one that does not taste like it is. Most are dry and the texture is not good or so crumbly that you can't even eat it without wearing it. They are typically a disappointment and not worth the calories. But... this post comes to the rescue and delivers great tried and truly tested and tasted more than a few times. The poppies are her favorite because she's a fan of coconut but all of these products are delicious!
